Unc Wilmington Calendar Fall 2023 – Welcome Seahawks! We are delighted that you will soon be living with us on campus for the 2022-2023 academic year. We encourage you to read all the information posted below to ensure a successful transition to your new home. 1st Grade Walk-ins Walk-ins will take place on Friday, August 19th and Saturday, August 20th. All her freshmen must arrive on campus on the designated check-in date.

Students can check in at the Trask Coliseum from 8am. 12:00 (noon). Below is a map of where to enter campus on the dates specified. Consider printing this map before you leave or downloading it to your phone before you arrive.

Bring your car to campus and your parents will help you get around. Can I take both cars with me during the day?

Yes, you can bring two cars onto campus, but please park one in the arrivals area and one in the parking area.

I work on campus and need to start before the change date… Who do I contact?

Please contact your supervisor as we will coordinate the employment department with the student worker's special needs. If the office provides us with a list of employees with special needs, we will contact the student. I never work with students individually.

Please leave all furniture in the room when you arrive. There is no space to store certain items and residents cannot remove items from the room. Residents often creatively hide items such as extra bed frames. Consider asking your RA for advice.

At this time, we do not anticipate having many additional staff to assist during the transition period.
