8th Ashura* (Muslims): Commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hussein, the 3rd Imam and grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. It commemorates the day the Islamic prophet Moses was saved by God when He parted the sea, taking the children to the land of Israel.
